Now I can quit wondering what is in the pretty red trailer parked as I drive on Navarro. I too can taste, red beans, rice and cornbread. The bakery (can't spell it) does serve some good red beans and cornbread.

Sounds great! Will definitely give a try. Sounds to me like Rebel wouldn't know a good boudin if it hit her in the face!

My hubby and I thought the boudin balls were blan. And he LOVES cajun food from LA, not wannabe stuff. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I am not a cajun food lover, but I love me some boudin and this was not a love affair for me. Sorry to the chef, I don't reccomend. I may try it one more time, but not the boudin.

Boudin balls are the shi*! I got some from here yesterday. They were good and I'd recommend them to anyone. I plan on trying more of the selections they have. I'm hoping for a Cajun restaurant in Victoria. There ain't no good places to eat around here..... Ca c'est bon!

Please allow me to second the suggestion for red beans and rice! Red beans, rice and cornbread with iced tea. Food fit for the gods.

Check this food wagon out!
Jeff makes an excellent gumbo and his etouffee is delish!
This is a welcome addition to the food line up in Victoria.
Good Luck Jeff and Lacey!
