Councilman Tom Halepaska said that he expects people to cooperate. "The general public realizes that when things get tough we need to cut back," he said.
I want Halepaska to cut out that quote and pin it to his jacket for every city council meeting from now on.
Seems to me that area businesses should be asked to follow the limit of water use also. I do not know how many times I have driven down Navarro late at night and notice over flow from automatic sprinklers watering the grass. Should be the same for everyone. That is just my opinion.
