    I very much agree with that statement...not only for the driver but the passengers also.

    Any moving vehicle on the Texas roads and hiways should be required to wear seat belts. From farm tractor/industrial equipment to busses. If it moves on a public roadway it needs seat belts for the people in/on it. That should be the law.
