One man was taken to Citizens Medical Center after a three-car wreck in the 2300 block of East Red River Street.
Senior Patrol Officer H. Buck said Juan Villa drove a blue Chevrolet Suburban in the 1:45 p.m. Tuesday wreck.
He was taken to the hospital where he was later treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Villa, 52, struck the rear-end of Christine Bazan's Jeep Commander. Her vehicle then ran into Linda Maner's Dodge Caravan.
Bazan and Maner were stopped behind a vehicle attempting to make a left turn into Victoria College. Both Bazan and Maner refused treatment. No vehicles had passengers.
Buck said Villa was cited for having no license, no insurance and failure to control speed.
