"I’m proud and honored to be a part of this distinguished group of individuals. During my years as a student-athlete

at Bay City, I was fortunate to have been surrounded by supportive friends and teammates with like-minded goals. I also had a coach and many teachers that were not afraid to push for excellence. I would like to especially thank my coach, Bob Button, who challenged me every day and laid the foundation for my swimming successes. Last, a huge THANK YOU to my parents, Mazie and Douglas Hill, for getting me to and from all those workouts and meets for many years. Your love, support and dedication were the key ingredients for the type of athlete I was able to be as well as the type of person I am today."
