Just please pray for this family and stop being mean. None of you know them like I do and you don't know the details of everything ok.

This looks like a good place to use some of that drug money.

Who sues the Wife and Ex-Wife for allowing this guy to drive and endanger the public.

A few details:
1. Mr. Frahm was involved in 2 accidents and Law Enforcement took no action until the 2nd. Then determinined DWI (no details on test).
2. Family members advised Law Enforcement of medical condition, no action taken. No medication found in car after wreck.
3. In jail Mr. Frahm ask for medical aid and none was provided.
4.Mr. Frahm found on his cell floor. No details on how long he was on floor.
5. Mr. Frahm taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead due to severe head trauma.
Maybe the Texas Rangers need to look into this issue. There may be some laws broken here.

Since he was arrested on suspicion of DWI, he either took a breath test or a sample was taken to check his blood alcohol level. Gheni Platenberg needs to follow up with DPS and Refugio County and ask for the result of the test(s). There are so many unanswered questions in this article that the reader is unable to reach any informed conclusion. For example, if he had a seizure disorder, does State law require that he inform DPS of this as a condition for maintaining a drivers' license? Had he so informed DPS?

Something is missing. If he was that prone to seizures yet didn't carry his meds with him? What if he was driving and this happened? Maybe his two previous accidents were due to not taking his meds?

Too much unknown information here. He takes medication for prevention of seizures but has none with him?
"the police arrested Frahm on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and took him to the Refugio County jail."
Suspicion should have led to testing to prove that he was or was not driving while intoxicated.
Like I said too much unknown information.

Dude shouldn't have been driving but that's a different matter.

He should not have died in jail because of RSO's incompetence. -
If he needed to be medically supervised, why is he driving?
