Four cars collided at 2 p.m. Wednesday. No one suffered major injuries.
Vehicle operators were asked to yield to a funeral procession, crossing North Navarro Street at Mockingbird Lane, according to investigating officer Herschel Buck of the Victoria Police Department.
A white pickup, driven by Ernesto Perez, heading north on Navarro Street, crashed into the back of a black sports utility vehicle, driven by Lawson Love.
Love's car hit a Toyota sedan, which bumped a Pontiac G6 into traffic.
Buck said some of the vehicle occupants were evaluated on the scene, but refused treatment.
Perez, from Victoria, was cited for failure to control speed.

November 17, 2011 at 10:38 a.m.Another prime example of what the drivers of this town think of the police department, nothing. Start cracking down on all of the traffic law violators which is probably 90% of the population.
