    Mobile homes normaly go down in value when they are in a mobile home park. Most mobile home parks are not a desireable place to live. If you where to put a nice stick built home in a mobile home park it would go down in value as well.

    Normally mobile homes that are on a fondation & on there own acreage fare better.
