"The foundation is primarily funded by the Guadalupe River Authority" and these are the people who are more interested in selling water than protecting it. I can't wait to read the reports after they have studied it to death. what ever happended to the GBRA study of the lower Guadalupe announced several years ago. I guess they thought we would forget about it.
