holein1 - silent abusive calls is when someone calls your phone and they say nothing,They tie your phone line up calling repeatly and say nothing just silence, or you just hear breathing... I actually googled it , gotta love google! You have a great day.

What exactly are "silent abusive calls"? I guess if I gave my wife the silent treatment she could call the cops?
