Air quality unhealthy for sensitive groups

The air quality in Victoria has been declared unhealthy for sensitive groups for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, according to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Smoke from numerous wildfires are contributing to the change in the air quality status.
The unhealthy for sensitive groups status means that people with lung disease, older adults and children are at a greater risk from exposure to ozone and from the presence of particles in the air.
The general public is not likely to be affected, according to the TCEQ.
