texas supreme court - bought and paid for business interests across the nation
be sure to keep voting like blind sheep for anyone with a (R) by their name
The Texas Supreme Court has already ruled AGAINST Texas Citizens for a Clean Future in a case such as this. This is contrary to what John Price's op-ed said yesterday:
Basically, outside of city limits, disposal/injection wells can do their deeds where and how they see fit.
Welcome to Texas...the "anti-regulation, pro-industry, drill-baby-drill" conservative state.
Good luck with Railroad Commission, too. Remember the water wells surrounding the Goliad uranium exploration site that were contaminated with iron bacteria during and after exploration? That case was closed citing the cause as "naturally occuring conditions", but the company was "fined" for leaving boreholes open.
Good luck, people. Your only hope may be the United States Environmental Protection Agency, who is not funded by industry.
By the way, just what DID cause that earthquake in Snyder yesterday?
