The magic of Cirque first got Lorene Bothe's attention in Las Vegas.

She thought it would be nice for the wonder and magic to hit Victoria. Bothe's wish was finally granted.

"We were thrilled," she said.

Saturday evening, Bothe will attend the Cirque de la Symphonie with her husband, Richard.

Performers Alexander Fedortchev, Shana Lord Acrobats, Aydar Rakhmatulin, and Byamba Jigdengombo will move to the live music of Victoria Symphony.

The is one-night-only event will be at the Victoria Fine Arts Center.

Music Director Darryl One said the mid-air aerialists will bring some added flavor to the pieces.

"It's like going to a musical concert with added dimensions," he said.

Bothe, said the cirque event is great entertainment and selling point for her out-of-town clients. She is a Realtor at RE/MAX Land & Home.

"It's great to have a big event likes this come to our small community."
