On Sept. 9, a Hispanic male entered a business in the 1600 block of N. Laurent Street, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the employee.

Crime: On the morning of Sept. 9, a Hispanic man entered a business in the 1600 block of North Laurent Street just as it was opening for the day. The man displayed a handgun and demanded money from the employee. The employee was able to get to safety and secured the front doors. The man forced his way out of the business and fled on foot.

Suspect: A Hispanic man described as being between 5 feet, 1 inch to 5 feet, 3 inches tall; wearing a long sleeve black shirt and blue jeans.
