I know! I just think it's terrible, because from what I heard the police that investigated smelled alcohol on his breath. This man will not have any consequences for his actions, so he won't learn a lesson, which means he will probably do this again, possible killing someone next time! THUMBS DOWN to Victoria PD! I wasn't the only one who witnessed him driving!!!!
This deception happens more than not here in Victoria. Just like how many time has "The driver of the ....... was faulted but not cited for failure to yield".
I am the witness that called 911. Elizabeth Reid was not driving. The man with her was. I saw him get out of his car after the wreck, asses the damage, then kick it. There must have been some reason why they lied to the police. Possibly he was drinking, judging by how how he was driving....
