Eckrich's smoked meat byproducts is not what I would call sausage by any stretch of the imagination. Illinois, land of pizza you have to eat with a fork, hotdogs with lettuce and tomato and sausage that's not really sausage. You'd think that the Mid-West would know a thing or two about smoking meats.

Eckrich sausage is inedible. I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

their sausage probably doesn't sell too good in this area!(eckrich)! that's the sausage people buy in places where they don't know better sausage!

scorpio you've got that right! they're a better sausage than Eckrich! all the local brands are way better! Janak's, Maekers, Eddy Packing I like their small thin links of smoked sausage!

OMG I believe Eddy Packing is giving Eckrich a run for their money! Eddy is better than Eckrich. But guess what these two companies can not beat Maekers sausage! Maekers sausage is the BEST of the best!
