    Unfortunately I would bet this kid is unemployed. That is a lanyard which teens wear on their neck with keys on them. Obviously not only could he not read the sign but he couldn't see that the doors had bars? Duh...

    This person appears to be wearing an employee ID from somewhere. It also appears that the person may have problems reading English; the sign saying they are on camera is very obvious.
