Port Lavaca must have a higher class of Walmart shoppers. Someone forgets a briefcase in our Walmarts parking lot, it would probably be stolen before the person who left it got out of the parking lot.

Mind warfare is the cheapest and easiest of terror for any terrorist group. Like the 1950's anti-communist era, that is seen as gullible nostalgia videos today.

It is sad that our world has come to this, but this was handled appropriately. Those that are complaining about it would have also been the first to complain if it had been a bomb, had been mishandled and as a result, injured or killed someone.
