One woman was injured in in a five-car wreck on North Main Street on Monday.

Jillian Leigh Price, 31, of Victoria, was driving a tan Cadillac Escalade south in the 4700 block of North Main Street when she struck a white Ford pickup driven by Maria Avalos, 24, of Victoria.

Avalos was waiting for a northbound police escort to pass, according to a police report.

Avalos' pickup was pushed forward into a silver Toyota Tundra driven by Caleb Daniel Villarreal, 17, of Victoria, which caused it to strike a tan Chevrolet Silverado driven by Koban Keith Janak, 16, of Victoria. The tan Silverado then struck a white Toyota Camry driven by Luis Ramon Echeveste, 47, of Victoria.

No citations were issued, but Price was found at fault for failure to control speed, according to the report.

Avalos was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro, where a hospital spokeswoman said she was treated and released.
