Professional

Australia's two-handed bowler, Jason Belmonte won his third PBA title of the season by defeating Mike Devaney 255-238 in the Pepsi PBA Elite Players Championship, which was the eighth and final event in the 2011-12 PBA World Series of Bowling season.

International players won all the individual world series' titles this season.

A victory by Wes Malott and Norm Duke in the Mark Roth-Marshall Holman PBA Doubles Championship prevented a blanking of American bowlers.

Belmonte's three titles tied him with Norm Duke for the most titles in this season.

The PBA Tournament of Champions, which will be televised Sunday at noon on ESPN, could very well decide the PBA Player of the year.
