Our Saviour's Lutheran Church Springfest returns

Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 4102 N. Ben Jordan St., will have its fourth annual Springfest and Barbecue beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 22.  Displaying items for the auctions, from left, are Sally Hersey and Gina Eliot.

Our Saviour's Lutheran Church is inviting the community to join them as they host their fourth annual Springfest and barbecue Sunday, April 22, which features hours of games and entertainment for all ages.

Some of the Springfest activities will include a live and silent auction, country store, cake wheel, cup raffle and games for children.

Barbecue plates of brisket and chicken, potato salad, beans, pickles, onions and bread will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for $7. Drive-thru plates can be picked up on East Crestwood Drive at 10:30 a.m. and plates can be delivered upon request with purchase of five or more plates. Food tickets can be purchased by calling the church office.

There will be a silent auction from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the live auction will start at 12:30 p.m. Children's games and activities are from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the cake wheel running from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Proceeds form Springfest will benefit the Bluebonnet Youth Ranch, The Vine School, OSL Gideon Ministry, OSL Scholarship Fund, OSL Ministries and Mission, Outreach.
