After 6/10 of an inch of rain in Victoria Sunday, showers and thunderstorms are likely Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Cloudy with a high near 79. Northeast wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent.

A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday night. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 63. North northeast wind between 7 and 10 mph.
