And do we even need to mention the writer of the article being with friends?

As a person who has been to games for years, this is pure sour groups from friends. This year the restrooms actually have adequate lighting, are devoid of spiders hanging from everywhere and don't reak. Heck one visiting coach even commented the actual field was in the best shape it has ever been in.

I go to the stadium to watch my friends nephew play and have never seen the restrooms like they are descrbed. I asked some questions and found that friends never cleaned the restrooms when they volunteered, Sounds to me like sour grapes.

These restrooms are embarrassing for the city of Victoria!

Volunteers were caring for the stadium but the city decided it could do better and kicked them out. Can anyone say they are surprised?

I used to play at Riverside/Rosebud stadium on a regular basis. Now that i go and watch the games instead of play i can honestly say that since the Friends of Victoria got this field taken away from them the restrooms are horrrriibbbllleee!!! I can only imagine how the fields are now too. looks can be deceiving. Great job P&R.not!!!

As a regular visitor to riverside stadium i found the rest roon on the visitors side usable, But the one on the home side in pretty bad shape. Us men can stand almost anything, but there is no excuse for them not being cleaned.
I rode by the stadium today(monday) and was suprised to see that the infield tarp wasnt deployed. Tuesday night East plays West in a very important district game. Good chance now of having a very wet infield.

I think Jack should rate all of the restrooms in the park. He may find that the stadium is as good as it gets. And good luck finding a working water faucet.

I think the citizens of Victoria should get ready for more of this kind of problem at this stadium. I would love to hear from the high school folks that are using the facilities to get a good gauge on how well things are in this "post friends of baseball" era.
Bathrooms in Riverside, a filthy mess??? You would like to react by saying it just can't be. We have a history at Riverside of the worst bathrooms I've have ever seen. The problem is, I'm not real picky. I cannot iimagine how those folks that are a little more concerned feel about this.
