The following is the menu for the Victoria Senior Activity Center for Aug. 27-31. Milk and bread are served with each meal.• MONDAY - Fish, tartar sauce, ketchup, buttered corn, carrots, angel food cake with strawberry topping

• TUESDAY - Swiss steak with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, lime gelatin with pears

• WEDNESDAY - Turkey, dressing with gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, birthday cake and ice cream

THURSDAY - Barbecue beef on bun, beans, okra and tomatoes, pickles, onion and oranges• FRIDAY - Pork sausage, cabbage, macaroni and cheese, cucumber salad, spice cake with apples
