Deputies arrested one person Friday after they discovered a possible rolling meth lab at Lower Mission Valley Road north of Farm-to-Market Road 1685.
Another person evaded arrest.
Shain Michael Finch, 42, was charged with possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamines, manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
Chief Deputy Terry Simons, with the Victoria County Sheriff's Office. said a deputy noticed a suspicious vehicle and recognized the substance in the car about 3 p.m.
Simons said fixed meth labs are more common, but some people think rolling labs will help them evade capture.
"They will set a meth lab up at a vehicle and drive around while it cooks to try to keep from getting caught," Simons said.
