THUMBS-UP

Thumbs-up to KAVU for putting the very able and lovely Nicole Hickl in a Texans jersey on last Saturday's broadcast. Now we need to put her in one with #7!

Patrick, Victoria

A huge thumbs up to Sister Francis Cabrini of Victoria and the Victoria Advocate for having her concise poetry so often on the Viewpoints page. Her poems are always insightful, meaningful, and thought-provoking. Thanks for having them in the paper.

Mary Ann, Moulton

THUMBS-DOWN

Thumbs-down to wasteful spending. Our government needs a budget. Stop wasting our tax dollars.

Bruce, Victoria
