Flyers win big on the road

KATY - The St. Joseph boys soccer team traveled to Katy Faith West on Thursday and left with a 7-1 victory.

Brian Gann got the scoring fest started quickly after receiving a cross from Conaugh Hughes. John Sardhina, who leads the Flyers in goals, found the back of the net twice and also had two assists. Elliott Hughes, who began the game in goal and recorded four saves, and Tristan Pope each registered their first varsity goals. Hughes and Will Kisalus rounds out the scoring for St. Joseph, who improved to 3-5 with the win.

The Flyers will hit the road on Monday to play Corpus Christi John Paul II.
