  • Seems like Citizens' financial difficulties started about the time all this started if I remember a recent Advocate article about that. How much revenue does the hospital lose by losing 3 high-volume cardiologists and how much has been spent on lawyers to defend this suit? No one has asked or published this anywhere. A lot more than $8 million, I bet. Lost revenue alone could account for the financial woes not counting the legal fees. Seems overall like a dumb, dumb financial move by the board of directors to be railroaded by the CEO with an agenda. HMMMMMMM....

  • This not surprise me one bit. Now, will the person who caused this FIASCO admit wrongdoing? Probably not. As I heard one Dr. say at that ER one time:"They can sue (me) but the "hospital" is responsible. A real carefree attitude with someone else's money. $$$$ 8 MILLION !! $$$$$$$ WOW!
