St. Joseph grad wins top college student award

Denver Diefenbach was inducted into Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges at Texas A&M Kingsville in a ceremony on Nov. 11. He was one of 150 students nominated (top 2 percent) by the colleges/departments of TAMUK. Diefenbach is working toward a bachelor's degree in pre-dentistry and plays baseball for the TAMUK Javelinas. He is a 2009 graduate of St. Joseph High School and  is the son of Bill and Teresa Diefenbach and the grandson of Dan and Virginia Hirsch and Patty Diefenbach, all of Victoria.

Denver Diefenbach was again inducted into Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges at Texas A&M University Kingsville in a ceremony on Nov. 11. He was one of 150 students nominated (top 2 percent) by the colleges/departments of TAMUK based on scholarship ability, participation and leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, citizenship and service to his university, and potential for future achievement. Diefenbach is working toward a bachelor's degree in pre-dentistry and plays baseball for the TAMUK Javelinas. He is a 2009 graduate of St. Joseph High School and is the son of Bill and Teresa Diefenbach and the grandson of Dan and Virginia Hirsch and Patty Diefenbach, all of Victoria.
