Hallettsville High School band members voted Janine Smajstrla their sweetheart and Phillip Hlavac their beau. Janine and Phillip are seniors. Janine is the daughter of Tyan Schulze and Victor Smajstrla, of Hallettsville. Phillip is the son of Phillip and Kimberley Hlavac, of Hallettsville.
