At 1 a.m. Friday, the bomb squad from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Corpus Christi determined that the unidentified objects found at the Formosa plant in Point Comfort were not explosive devices and posed no threat to the plant, said Bill Harvey plant spokesman.

Regular work schedules remain in effect for all employees and contractors. Security staff at all gates will continue inbound and outbound vehicle inspections which may slow traffic.
