Is there a place for injured woman to get help?

I feel like I have been punished because I had a near-fatal car accident instead of getting help that I need. I was working two full-time jobs and raising my sons and grand-baby by myself until Sept. 11, when I had my accident where I was rolled in my SUV then ejected through the windshield. I broke nine bones including my back in four places. I was airlifted to San Antonio and then sent to rehab to learn to walk again.
Thank God for my family and friends because I was denied SSI and denied the insurance payments I feel I should get. It's one door closing in my face after the other. I have always worked and always taken care of myself and my family, but the help you think you have isn't there. What do you do? Maybe someone will read this and have some hope for me because I'm trying to just pray for a miracle. Thank you.
