Beer and revenge are best served cold.
On Sunday, Super Bowl XLVI will give sports fans the chance to indulge in both.
Whether you support the New York Giants or the New England Patriots, you are destined to be in good company in the Crossroads.
"We got free peanuts and line dancing," said Travis Etheridge, service manager at the Texas Roadhouse. "It's just the friendliest place in town."
The blockbuster game will play on all 10 TV screens.
Etheridge said football camaraderie is ingrained in American culture.
The service manager admitted to being a Patriots fan.
Tom Brady and Wes Welker are two of his favorite players.
Etheridge wants New England to be redeemed.
"Hopefully, they'll put it off," he said.
Wingstop offers a small, family-friendly atmosphere, with lots of wings, of course.
Michael Hinojosa, one of the owners, said Wingstop served at least 5,000 chicken wings to-go last year.
The 12-member team helped operations run smoothly and deliciously.
"We've got good food," he said.
Although he is a Houston Texans fan at heart, he would rather see the Big Blue from the Big Apple come out victorious.
Buffalo Wild Wings wants to offer special guests the best seat in the house, literally.
This year's contest will give the winner and friends a designated living room space while being served.
The grand prize drawing will be one hour before the game. Various awards will be distributed between quarters.
If Mother Nature cooperates, sports enthusiasts can watch the game outside on the patio.
"We've got hot wings, cold beer, great sports and wild service," said Chris McDowell, general manager.
