  Video: Two car collusion on Sam Houston at North Navarro Street

Two men from Victoria were taken to hospitals following a wreck at Sam Houston Drive and North Navarro Street on Tuesday.

A white, four-door automobile rear-ended a white pickup at 5:35 p.m., said Victoria Police Senior Patrol Officer Herschel Buck.

Darryl Heller, in his early 40s or late 30s, driver of the pickup, was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro. Heller's condition was unavailable at press time.

Charles Finnegan, said to be in his 70s, was taken to Citizens Medical Center, where a hospital spokeswoman said he was in stable condition.

Finnegan was cited for failure to control speed, Buck said.
