  • Isn't this a shady neighborhood. Why there and why that building? Seems to me that there are plenty of other locations Victoria College could have bought, without the significant cost to remodel? Certainly better locations to better position their institution from a marketing standpoint. This is odd?

  • Advocate or Kayla Bell: Please clarify/correct your report.

The photo with your story shows the building at 1403 N.Liberty, not the building at 1404 N.Liberty.

    The Central Appraisal District has:
    1403 Liberty ... 2322 s.f. ... $221,600 appraisal
    1404 Liberty ... 7200 s.f. ... $162,860 appraisal
Anyone who looks at the buildings can see that the CAD obviously has these reversed. (One more example of how accurate the CAD appraisals are)

Which building did Victoria College purchase for $200,000? Did they purchase both buildings? Please update this story.
