VICTORIA BALLET THEATRE

For the second consecutive year, supporters of the Victoria Ballet Theatre and other dapper duffers will don tiaras and tutus in a fundraising golf tournament at the Victoria Country Club.

The March 24 event costs $125 per player.

Entry fee includes green fees, cart, dinner and beverages during the tournament.

All teams will be four-man scramble. Prizes will be awarded for the top three teams. Other contests will be held throughout the day.

Tournament proceeds benefit the Victoria Ballet Theatre and the company dancers.

Several sponsorship opportunities are available.

HISTORY: Founded in 1984

AREAS SERVED: Victoria and surrounding counties.

SERVICES PROVIDED: Pre-professional ballet and modern dance training for local youth, outreach classes to promote the educational and artistic enhancement for local students, bringing metropolitan-quality performances and professional guest artist appearances and to the community.

GREATEST NEEDS: Production expenses, outreach class costs

FUNDING: Grants, donations, company member dues
