A Victoria man is expected to go on trial Tuesday on 21 counts of possession of child pornography.
Kenneth Timothy Zavadil, 51, was indicted on the third-degree felony charges in February 2010.
In May 2009, the images were found in files stored on his computer, according to the indictment.
Zavadil is represented by court-appointed attorney Keith Weiser, while the Victoria County District Attorney's Office is prosecuting the case.
The trial is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in Judge Robert Cheshire's courtroom.
