Tyler J. Belcik graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria on Dec. 10 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in business management. He is the son of Mark and Gail Belcik, of Victoria. Belcik is the grandson of Paul Belcik, of Victoria, and the late Lillian Belcik, and the late Frank and Alma Lee Marshall.
