Hysterical. They billed my insurance company as a doctor, not urgent care. When my wife called Twin Fountain, they said they don't bill insurance as urgent care because they're not! Yes, we even pointed out to them that their name has "urgent care" in it.

Now I'm out $500 - and I was from out of town visiting relatives! Stay away from ths place...

The copay might be higher when you go to the urgent care center if you have an urgent care copay with your insurance. I wonder how that will be handled.
