It's kind of hard to take seriously when there is so much of his obviously "personal", flowery, opinions in there. A facts piece usually doesn't contain language like that.

Michael Reagan is a right wing trash talker; besides has anyone checked out the validity of his remarks? He appeals to the 20% extreme hard right base of the Republican Party.
The Hosanaa-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran church and school vs.the E.E.O.C has nothing to do with President Obama trying to stack the courts. Every president will choose Supreme Court and lower court judges to satisfy their agenda.

He goes on to say that " The question is whether the Constitution's Commerce Clause can be stretched beyond recognition." .... He was talking about the individual mandate but he kept silent when Newt Gingrich and the Heritage Foundation came up with the idea of an individual mandate.He didn't mention anything about about GOP senators Hatch and Grassley bringing up the proposal in the 1992 Hillarycare proposal.
It's politics,that's what puts bread and butter on his table. He puts it out there and the uninformed will gobble it up as the truth because they don't know any better.

Oh, my bad Observer! I'm truly sorry! I didn't realize that some of you needed reminders as to who Michael Reagan was. I thought most everyone on the planet over the age of, say 21, knew that he was the son of that republican icon and much abused corpse (at least in this season's debates), Ronald Reagan.
Observer did not like her message, cannot accept the truth of it, so he proceeds to shoot the messenger.

Can Michael Reagan stand on his own two feet, or does he forever need to be known as "son of the late President Ronald Reagan"?
For as long as he's been offering an opinion, I would have thought he would have made a name for himself by now.
