Tim and Amy Hodges of Victoria are very pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son Austin Wayne Hodges to Ashley Rae Nicole Pena, both of San Antonio. Ashley is the daughter of Flory and Kerby King of San Antonio, and Fabian and Kim Pena of Lebanon, Tennessee.Ashley is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Soto of Lindsay, California, Mr. and Mrs. William F. King of San Antonio, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Pena of Victoria, Mr. and Mrs. Don Roberts of Thomasville, Georgia, and the late Mr. Robert Barrientos of Victoria.Austin is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hopper of San Antonio, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wayne and Bette Hodges of Victoria.The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. on August 4, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church in San Antonio.Ashley is a 2008 graduate of Victoria Memorial High School and a May, 2012 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Relations. While at UT, she completed public relations internships with the San Antonio Spurs and the Austin Toros, a NBA developmental basketball team. Ashley is currently completing an internship with Warner Music Group in Nashville, Tennessee.Austin is a 2008 graduate of Victoria Memorial High School and a December, 2011 graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management. While at Incarnate Word, he was a member of the UIW Cardinals Men's Basketball Team, and completed business internships with San Antonio Sports Organization and Southwest Business Corporation. Austin is employed as a corporate trainer with Labatt Food Service in San Antonio.
