Irene's This-N-That opened Saturday at 1301 E. Juan Linn St.

Owned by Irene Benavidez, the resale shop offers new and used clothing, home decor, jewelry, crafts and more. Benavidez first opened the business about 12 years ago, but later closed due to family illness.

Burning Scents, a candle and craft business, will also open in the same location.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 361-237-0187
