Flash flood watch continues as more rain expected
A flash flood watch is in effect for Victoria, Calhoun, Goliad and Refugio counties until 4 p.m. Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
A flood warning for Garcitas Creek near Inez is also in effect until Friday afternoon.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely Thursday, mainly before 1 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain.
