Did you know Batman was originally drawn with purple gloves and he carried a gun? And in the 15-part movie serial released in 1943, because of the low budget, there was no Batmobile? Batman and Robin used the same black Cadillac as Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson, and Alfred could be seen chauffeuring the men under both identities.
