    I cannot belive it. Cops screaming through down town Victoria at a 100 mph for a minor traffic violation. They really do need to redo thier pursuit policy. If you hit a bus full of people on even one person and kill them for a minor traffic violation,. good grief.
    It is a sad state of affairs when the local citizens are now being placed in danger by cowboy cops.
    And yes mJ is illegal but the cop wasn't chasing the bad guy for the MJ
