Victoria College's projected date to take over the Leo J. Welder Center on Friday has been delayed because legal documents are not ready.
Victoria Performing Arts Center, the nonprofit that owns the Welder Center, will transfer the title to VC, which is buying the facility for about $30,000.
Once completed, the college will take care of the day-to-day operations including utilities and rentals.
College President Tom Butler said the move will not be completed until sometime next week, at the earliest.
