Oh well, for anyone else this is a sin, at least a ticket, and all kinds of pictures. And some that think the police should be exempt. My experience with the police department has not been on a positive note. My best one is giving a little old school teacher a ticket for no front licence plate. Get serious.

I thought all VPD police cars have hands free cell phone devices? Why would any police officer need to be physically holding and talking on a cell phone? Especially while driving a police car?

Wow!! Anything to make a buck now days. The city will pay out n settle n cost the taxpayers more money. As for the officer, u lead by example. I see officers on their phones too but so is everyone else.

I have seen many, many VPD officers talking or texting on their phone around town, while driving
it's a serious problem
