    Agreed. (Last year too. Little League game of 4 and 5 year olds were not allowed by their coach to have water as he didn't want them leaving the field to have to go to the bathroom. Temperature was 98 and heat index of 110 that day. Two of these kiddos required IVs the next day in the ER. Neither family is back to palying Little League. They complained. Obviously not much has changed.)
