On the hiway, I'm content with 65 or 70.
My concern is Navarro. It seems that a large majority of the drivers are content to just amble along at 30 mph. If you choose to do this, get your rear out of the left lane. Better yet, if you have no where to go and are just out screwing around, go sit in a parking lot and make circles.
The speed limit on North Navarro is 40 to 45, NOT 30!!!
Move it people!
