    I have a legitimate question....Where does the money go in victimless crimes?...I know a lot of money/restitution is paid to the probation office when there hasn't been any victim to pay restitution to.

    This is where money laundering and drug forfeiture money belongs, not in the coffers of those who profit from these shady forfeiture
